2、ClassPathResource 读取 inputstream

        ClassPathResource classPathResource = new ClassPathResource("static/xxx.txt");
        InputStream inputStream = classPathResource.getStream();
        int fileLength = (int) classPathResource.getFile().length();
        byte b[] = new byte[fileLength];
        inputStream.read(b);
        inputStream.close();
        String str = new String(b, "utf-8");
