使用默认pip install tensorlfow经常 出现速度慢，而且会超时安装失败，这时候就如果用国内镜像地址就不会出现这个问题。

pip install -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple/ --upgrade tensorflow-gpu1.5.0  #指定镜像地址安装
 
pip --default-timeout=1000000 install -U -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple/ --upgrade tensorflow-gpu #防超时
 
 
pip --default-timeout=1000000 install -U -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple/ --upgrade tensorflow-gpu==2.0.0   #防超时+指定版本
卸载 

pip uninstall tensorflow-gpu
