在运行rosdep update以后遇到了下面的错误
ERROR: error loading sources list:

在终端输入下面的程序应该就可以了
export ROSDISTRO_INDEX_URL=https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/rosdistro/index-v4.yaml还可以将它写到bashrc中
echo 'export ROSDISTRO_INDEX_URL=https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/rosdistro/index-v4.yaml' >> ~/.bashrc
