2019 年1 月以后，Oracle 不会将 Java SE 8 的更多更新发布到其公共下载站点用于商业用途。

Java SE 8 has gone through the End of Public Updates process for legacy releases. Oracle will continue to provide free public updates and auto updates of Java SE 8 from Oracle at java.com, until at least the end of December 2020 for Personal, Development and other Users.

上面那段英文大概意思就是：
Oracle 对 Java 8 的官方支持时间持续到 2020 年 12 月，之后将不再为个人桌面用户提供 Oracle JDK 8 的修复更新

（不过，貌似很多第三方会通过openjdk8 继续维护jdk8）

Java 11 仅将提供长期支持服务（LTS, Long-Term-Support），还将作为 Java平台的默认支持版本，并且会提供技术支持直至 2023 年 9 月，对应的补丁和安全警告等支持将持续至 2026 年。
