**问题：**直接使用anaconda prompt，输入pip install opencv-python==3.4.1.15

报错：
Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement opencv (from versions: ) No matching distribution found for opencv

有可能是因为现在anaconda的版本过高，如果想要安装3.4.1.15版本的opencv可以换成低版本。

下载地址：
https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/archive/

推荐使用anaconda3-5.2.0，对应的python是3.6.5

安装执行：
pip install opencv-python====3.4.1.15

pip install opencv-contrib-python==3.4.1.15
