增加maven依赖：

配置文件添加：

security.basic.path=/swagger-ui.html
security.basic.enabled=true
security.user.name=admin
security.user.password=admin123

不同环境配置swagger开关:

只要在不同环境中配置是否启用就可以了。

然后，我想在dev和test环境中启用，直接在配置文件中添加配置：

swagger.enable=true
