具体解决方法如下：

1.备份原来的配置文件

cp /etc/docker/daemon.json{,.bak}

2.删除或修改daemon.json 文件,添加如下配置

rm -rf /etc/docker/daemon.json 

sudo tee /etc/docker/daemon.json <<-'EOF'

>   "registry-mirrors": [
>     "https://docker.1ms.run",
>     "https://docker.1panel.live/"
>   ]
> }
> EOF

最后解决方案，如下：

打开Docker的UI，在Setting-> Docker Engine，将输入框的内容改为如下：
