解决方法
LInux切换到root用户再进行conda安装，可能之前conda某些包使用在root 用户下进行安装
出现背景
Linux下之前在root下是使用conda安装软件包 ，再使用普通用户conda，就会报错
conda install pytorch==1.7.1 torchvision==0.8.2 torchaudio==0.7.2 cudatoolkit=11.0 -c pytorch -y
