idea创建springboot项目报错
Initialization failed for 'https://start.spring.io' Please check URL, network and proxy settings. Error message: Cannot download 'https://start.spring.io': Connect timed out
打开Settings界面
->点击Appearance & Behavior菜单
->点击HTTP Proxy菜单
->勾选Auto-detect proxy settings复选框
->勾选Automatic proxy configuration URL: 复选框，并在输入框中录入start.spring.io/
->点击OK报错退出
