由于用户没有及时更新一月份的成本，今天运行标准成本更新时报错，

应该是库存会计期间问题，目前JAN-09是OPEN，FEB-09是CLOSE的，

如果把FEB-09打开，那更新事务岂不是要到FEB-09期间去了。

这个请求没有期间范围选择，不知没有没解决之道？
