运行项目时候报错vue
404 Not Found - GET https://registry.npmmirror.com/vue-cli-service - [NOT_FOUND] vue-cli-service not found
运行脚本
npm config get proxy
结果是null
npm config set registry 新的地址
# 默认的国内cnpm淘宝镜像
npm config set registry https://registry.npm.taobao.org
# npm config set registry https://registry.cnpmjs.org/
替换掉，多试几次，实在不行就开代理，最终这个问题没有了
